Synopsis
Cai is a young fae prince on the brink of adulthood, with a kingdom waiting for him and considerably more responsibility than he feels ready for. But when someone decides he would be much more convenient dead, Cai is forced to flee the magical realm with only his closest companion, a black-and-gold raven, at his side.
His escape leaves him stranded in a very different world: modern-day Cork. Lost, hunted and desperate to protect his injured friend, Cai finds unexpected help from a young veterinary intern whose ordinary life is about to become considerably less ordinary. Meanwhile, the forces pursuing him have no intention of letting a change of worlds get in their way.
As strange creatures begin to cross into Ireland and old magic starts stirring where it should have faded away, Cai must discover who wants him dead, why his survival matters, and whether getting home is really the safest thing he can do.
Away With Your Fairies is a young-adult fantasy about friendship, divided loyalties, dangerous magic and a prince discovering that being hunted across worlds may be the least of his problems.
